Nuutrify (“Nuutrify” or the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your Personal Information in compliance with California law and our Privacy Policy.

We share your Personal Information with third-party advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising within the scope of the CPRA (i.e., targeting ads based on Personal Information collected across various businesses, websites, applications, or services beyond Nuutrify’s own website, products, or services). However, we do not sell your Personal Information.

For the purposes of this CPRA Privacy Notice, “Personal Information” is defined as information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a specific California resident or household. It does not include publicly available information, de-identified or aggregate consumer information, or information outside the CPRA’s scope.
